Are you NHBRC registered?

Absolutely. We wouldn’t have it any other way. Every new home we build is registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), ensuring your investment is protected and the build meets South African national standards.

Do you handle the council building plans?

We can definitely take that "kopseer" (headache) off your plate. While the homeowner is technically responsible, we work closely with preferred architects and runners to ensure your plans are submitted and approved by the local municipality before we break ground.

How do you handle load shedding during construction?

Africa is not for sissies! We come prepared. Our teams use generators or battery-powered tools for smaller tasks so that the work doesn't grind to a halt when the grid goes down. We factor "Stage 4" into our timelines so your move-in date stays realistic.

How much does it cost per square meter?

Our standard rate is from R6950/sqm and while we’d love to give you a "one-size-fits-all" price, it depends on your finishes—are we talking "budget-friendly" or "Camps Bay luxury"? Generally, costs vary based on the terrain (building on a slope costs more) and the complexity of the design. Contact us for a detailed quote rather than a thumb-suck estimate.

How long will my project take?

A standard three-bedroom home usually takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the weather and municipal inspections. We’ll provide a clear schedule so you know exactly when the roof-wetting ceremony is happening!

Can you help me go "off-grid"?

Definitely. With the current state of utilities, most of our clients are asking for solar PV systems and borehole or JoJo tank integration. Though this is outsourced, we can bake these into the initial build or retro-fit your current home to make you more self-sufficient.

What happens if I find a crack after I move in?

Don't panic! Minor "settling cracks" can be normal in the South African climate as the ground shifts slightly with the seasons. We offer a 3-month "snag list" period where we come back to touch up any minor issues, plus the standard NHBRC structural warranty.
